John, I just want to touch on something that Tom was saying about how you can't see the force. Even though there's no motion and you don't technically see a force, the amount of internal force is through the roof. So people don't think it exists, but it's there. And one thing that we're able to do with Scott right before he left when his elbow pin started to leave,. We were doing pin, pin benches into, you know, into isometrics basically. The Hoffman method for bench. It seemed like when we started doing more isometric work for, for, for even for single joints that, that the pain started to relieve.
