For four points, you can have latent parapsychic tendencies. This will give you psychic powers when they release the psychic powers book. Wizards are probably not a great choice for this game. You don't want to play it because no one wants to play Cthulhu games. I keep hearing people telling me that they enjoy Call of Cthulhu games.
