The Russell 3000 represents 98% of the investible US equity market. If you eliminate stocks with less than 150,000 and average volume every day, it drops down to about 2000. And that's the universe that we typically will work up. From a universe of 1700, one out of 10 is characterized as a bearish to bullish reversal. This is known in the street as a rounding bottom or bottoming out formation.
