Mick Lynch from the RMT was talking about the overall pay issue in this whole dispute. Inflation is above 20%, maybe mid-20% both of the time it's all put together. For that, they've been offered 9% over two years, 5% plus 4%. But that is all conditional on accepting the raft of changes which our members have rejected.
