There are a lot of parallels between Glacier Northwest and the theory underlying it, like parallels to previous anti union, anti worker decisions from this court. It almost seems premised on the idea that workers' labor isn't actually their own. And instead it's somehow owed to employers or it's simply just a form of capital that the employers control.
