How to Train People to Handle Problems Before They Get to You
Don't waste time and energy repeating information. Most communication problems can be solved with proximity. If you're going to have a key meeting, put the people in the meeting that need to be there so you don't have to carry out and carry it to people. There are wonderful people that hve the gift of helps - they like to serve. They would like to help you. Don't ever take advantage of people. In other words, if you aren't going to cut your own grass, don't cut your own Grass.
