The Ideology of Capitalism

An ideology is a set of ideas about how things should be. In capitalism, anything in the universe can be divided up and owned as private property. The only limit to what you can do with your property in capitalism is that you can't infringe on any one else's property. When you become the legitimate owner of property, you become the absolute dictator over that property. You are the owner of your body - so if someone trespasses on your property, you can use force to get them off your property including murder. Democracy and dictatorship are ideologies because they have rules for who gets to make decisions over resources.
