Sabbath is rooted in the way that god set up the world. On six days, god created the heavens and the earth. The seventh, he rested and hed blessed it, and he called it holy. So if you want to thrive and flourish as a human being, then you need to adopt that rhythm of a six day work week and a one day for rest and for worship.
