What Is My Profitability Per Barrel?

When it comes to assets, because we're investors, we care about things like capital efficiency. Capital efficiency means how much money do you need to spend to produce that next, you know, a barrel a day of production for the next 12 months. And usually a good rule of thumb, what's called a recycle ratio is two to one. For every dollar that you spend on capital expenditures to generate that barrel, you can generate $2 of profitability - call it cash flow.
