Todd Rungren: A Producer's Journey

When he played me the stuff he was coming up with for Wizard or True Star, everybody hated it and they were giving him a lot of shit. But when he would play me the stuff, I thought it was incredible. So he wasn't getting any Shit from me. Instead of that I supported it, they thought I enabled it. People that are making money off of you always want to have somebody to blame if the money isn't going to go the way they hope it goes because of a change in direction.
