How Do I Tell My Kids What I'm Doing to My Kids?

If you're on your phone oround your kids, telling them what your checking does two things. One, it helps them realize that you're doing something that's potentially important. Two, it also means that you have a little bit of accountability to not be cruise and twitter whenever you're around your kids like that. This doesn't have a whole lot of practical stuff for me in here other than to recognize that there are norms that exist in any family, team, organization or company. And the culture is comprised of these norms.
