Is There a Tension in Doing That in Health Care?

The industrialization is determined at a global scale, and to some extent a national scale, but not really at a local scale. I wanted to show how it's at the level of everyday life, actually the questions about whose job it is to provide care who was entitled to it. And what that means in terms of the social relations of inequality that gets negotiated in daily life  that actually has real consequences for you know what they eventually do in 1983.
