What Makes a Middle Leader?
Middle leaders are people in charge of key stage or a couple of year groups. They have to share ideas with class room teachers, kind of for want tlike lower than them in the school hierarchy. But at the same time, they'r having to express things up the school hierarchy towards head teacher.
