Is There a Head of Scaling?
The head of scaling is someone who has a horizontal focus across the entire organization, and looks six to 12 months ahead in time. Many early state companies don't have the money to hire people who can actually do it. So far only forty four people had had a title for 'head of scaling' at start-up level or higher.
