CNN's John Sutter traveled from Madison, Wisconsin to Vancouver, Canada. He and his wife stayed at a Marriott pinnacle hotel by the harbor where they could see the ship in the morning. They also learned that windstart does not check in at port side; it checks in on the ship. The embarkation process "could have been a lot better," says Sutter.
