The Right to Information Act

The same people and the same names who keep popping up in different contexts. Sometimes they are grass root activists, sometimes they are members of the n a c. And then when he becomes prime minister, they once again revisit it as a freedom of information act. The whole point is that ideas have moved in a certain direction overtime. So it was not one individual or one person who has done it. It was actually the body of ideas which have move in a certain way.
