The D School Is a School Crossing of Kinds

I think that the tendency to conform is very strong in most people, because they have one community or one culture unbeknownst to them. And so I think part of what makes the D school special actually is it's a school crossing of sorts. So when you create this, you know, this intersection of sorts, I think that you've got to be a little bit more explicit about what are the rules of engagement here. That shared context has to become explicit for folks to know how to behave.
