John Runs Lancashire Stairs

Our buddy John used to run the famous Lancashire stairs out by where he lives. He has really good cardiovascular conditioning, especially for years ago when he's doing strong man and he'd like run past everybody in full spandex. Stan actually would probably be a really proficient runner too. Our boy Graham got clocked, running around 20 miles an hour? That's pretty fast! Andrew found out today that sometimes it can be hard to sustain pace as you get older.
