The Collective Insanity

The collective egos are the perpetrators of most of the suffering on the planet, not individual cycopats or crazed criminals. And if the ego, the personal ego, is pretty crazy, but that's nothing compared to the collective ego when it takes over your sense of identity. So there's a saying, there's some truth in it, comes from a nineteenth century french philosopher, every nation has the government it deserves.
