What Makes Someone a Moody Person?

A common theory among philosophers and intellectuals alike is that what makes someone a moody person is that they lack a method of self governance when it comes to what's going on inside of them. A moody person would oftentimes see themselves as as a passenger, right in a car, and their chauffeur to this car is whatever fleeting adversities or fortunes are thrown into their life. The underlying plight and tag line of a moodyperson is that how i feel from moment to moment comes down to the thing that's happening to me, not the way i interpret that thing that hap to me.
