Kaya, one of my favorite things about you is that you're a fan of behavioral science. As I've been watching your leadership over the past year, I've seen a lot of interesting phrases in one article you were called, Europe's New Iron Lady. But I think many people would take that as a compliment. What have you learned about leadership over thepast year that you didn't know before? Kaya: It is repeating the things that are actually already new, but putting it more into practice.
