Julian Zelizer and his co-host Kelly Wallace have written a new book, "Deep Nutrition" It's about the four pillars of healthy eating: fiber, plant food, fruits and vegetables. They say they came up with their recommendation based on research that shows you get most of your macronutrients at around 800 grams per day.
