It does take a while before something really scary happens or even something yes shocking and even when it does the first time with spoilers ahead of us but with the two old people that complete their life cycle and they jump down the cliff that's like the first big shocking reveal I'd say. Then there is a point where it crosses a threshold into what seems much more actively maliciousYeah that comes very late yeah because we can kind of you can kind of leave this doubt in the back of your mind of like oh maybe it's just it's a different culture and yeah this is a very weird thing that seems dark to us.
