John Gerrian: Some large institution was putting on Tesla a few days ago. He says they paid $30,000 for 100 shares of stock and then used options to help pay for it. They control the stock between $1440 and $1700, roughly $300 of upside. In other words, if this thing goes out at 1,700 or higher in January, somebody's going to make almost $90 million on this trade.
