If you get rid of rovey wade, what defaults to? It's state by and the state makes their own laws for abortion. But that isn't to say that the federal government, senate is not allowed to make a law about abortion. There just isn't one. And so the states have to figure it out on their own. Which is interesting. Bcause i think if you had control of the senate and the congress and the president, couldn't you pass a federal law, cause the supreme court did this from ye bench.
