It's also so interesting because the housing market is so highly regionalized when I talk to friends in Southern California, folks here in New Jersey and Connecticut. You have a lot of different places San Francisco is a big one that comes to mind right. Now at the same time, I wouldn't go and invest in Miami right now either, because that's that of all the major metros in the United States. That probably is the biggest ball right now.
