The Makingleine Moment in the Beginning of the Book
The madeleine is the building block of priest's entire narrative edifice. It was initially going to be a piece of toast, as he called it, a rusk. And then he changed his mind and settles on madeleine. I mean, the whole thing is ridiculously fetishized. So i decided go to war on behalf of the croisson and tell the story of what puse has to say about crissons and coffee. Not tea, not line blossom tea, but cafiole which was his favourite beverage.
