What Is the Fat Burner?

The supplements went through this whole weird transition to where now it is what I think it always should have been. It's things that actually do supplement what you're doing, and these things supplement that whole process. So we know caffeine burns fat by by blocking adenosine receptors. Adenosine is like what makes you feel sleepy. And then there's yo-him bean. But the problem is like 30 or 40% of people feel like shit on 5 milligrams of yo-him Bean. That's about 2 and a half milligrams per serving.
