The chinese preference would be to have friendly and middling competition indefinitely. I think they'd much rather pursue in this sort of middling m sphere. And certainly will look to sort of peel off us allies and partners, if and when they are able to em so as to guarantee that that midlying, sort of simmering of conflict m continues to be the trend of the time.
