The Origins of the Rosary

The idea of rhythmic Christian prayer is a monastic thing. The monks would pray the 150 Psalms. And so laypeople wanted to imitate that and maybe offered 150 RVs over the course of a day. So there's a couple other intermediate steps, some of which you will find interesting.
