The Issue of Epistemology Between Orthodoxy and Catholicism

When i had just become a catholic, i had protestants objecting to the true presence of christ in the eucharist. And for me, when i read the scriptures, whatever objections you might throw at the papacy, i can't help but see the catholic claim to the papacy in many of those verses. It is one of those issues that i talk about in my book, is,  the issue of epistemology between orthodoxy and catholicism.
