The Disadvantages of a Continuously Changing Ban List

Communication is the primary concern I think for a constantly changing ban list. Because there is a huge chunk of the population that isn't necessarily getting this information until it trickles down. It's like you're playing a bit of telephone, which is is the problem with with documents like the philosophy document where it's like 98% of commander players no idea it exists. No idea what it says they have have read it once and rethink their remember what it says and don't or they just don't agree with them at all. My perfect band list is is more conservative than this band list I think. The more I think about it the less I am comfortable with banning anything based on power alone
