Basian Decision Theory
There's a deductive part of basian decision theory that whose credence goes up. But if you ask apart from the deductions, it never implies the theory. So i think the best placeo start would be benmore's book, rational decisions. He takes basianism to mean the doctrine that basian decision Theory is always rational. And he builds on jimmy savage's distinction between small and large worlds.
