I Can't Pay My Tithing Right Now, Should I Be Worried?

Anonymous said she had some health challenges and it's been quite expensive trying to put things right. I don't think anyone should have to face financial hardship, especially when there are those who could help them. She also has a big problem with the fact that the church is connected to LGBTQ hate groups like the World Congress of Families. Is my decision to not pay tithing because of debt or to reallocate resources a violation of my covenants? Does it mean that I'm not living up to the expectations in the church.? Are there alternatives for individuals with debt who are still trying to live by their covenants?
