How Can We Talk About Refugees in a Public Space?

I work with a wonderful group of impressive young people who've suffered unspeakable trauma and are housed in hospitals far from home without any resident care from the age of 16. It's cheering to hear this simple plea to do better in how we talk about refugees in a public space. I don't think Gary Linnik has helped the BBC very much by saying what he said at the time he said it. He just hasn't helped. Who would you think would be an acceptable person to say that? And also, do you know what, Jay? Would it not be true that during the campaign for equal pay at the BBC it would actually have been nice to hear from extremely well-
