Working With Stakeholders, Is There a Right Level of Abstraction?
I've been involved in projects where the conceptual model can get very granular, right? And my expectation would be that stakeholders would tune out at a certain level of granularity. Is there like a right level at which to keep things? I think so. It's always going to be multi layered, but if, so that's why with stakeholders, essentially, you know, business stakeholders work with boxes and arrows.
