The Benefits of Mindfulness and Flow Meditation
Flow and mindfulness share a lot in common. They are both a form of focused attention, which might not again intuitively seem like something that would be helpful but it turns out that attention is a really powerful force. Flow I think of as more of like an in-the-moment solution. So I'm having a bad worry day. Today is a good day to get into that flow state.
