Soye: I don't see seed like the techlike any technal optimism. The automation process is what ends generating this increasingly large class of a of what he calls the outsiders, right? There's those that are inside the work force and then there're those that are either pushed outside or never even able to enter it in the first place because of successive generations. Soye: What we saw historically, rit, is that the state and capital were actually incredibly adept at dealing with this increasing surplus population coming out of cities like detroit and chicago.
