What's the Meaning of Vectors?

In mathematics and science, a vector is simply a quantity that has direction and magnitude. In physics, it can be used to describe force. And the other meaning of vectors i would call a reader's attention to is that it's an organism that transmits, basically, a disease from one organism to another. So, for instance, a mosquito can be a vector of malaria.
