Is There a Connection Between Engineering and the Business?
I think one framework that I believe works, it's focusing on the problem that you want to solve. It's either to make things faster, more secure, to enable, to scale. This connection needs to come at the get-go of making a proposal. The actual conversations with upper management, I haven't been privy to those on a particular basis,. But I'm sure that these elements need to surface to get the point across.
