Co-working face to face with other people and socializing are the benefits of hybrid work. If you let people work from home two days a week, they value it at about an 8% pancreas,. which is an enormous amount of money. The employment cost index is going up by about 7% a year in the US. So if you're listening as an employer, you have to have a pancreas of about 7% just to tread water.
