SPR in the real world, we're talking it was started by academics and journalists who are linked to Cambridge University. The early members were very interesting to say the least. We're talking spiritualists, Sweden, Borgians, guys into automatic writing,. Guys into dowsing rods, Theosophists... There were also some real scientists. They actually created most of the terminology that would later become used to describe psychic research.
