To be trama informed means to understand the role that violence and victimization play in the lives of most consumers of mental health and substance use services. It's about appreciating, first of all, we look at the whole person,. That they are a person, and that their behavior become viewed as coping mechanisms, as problems. And so now this has become quite an issue.
