Is Chest Breathing Bad?

We use many muscles in doing the breathing process, and some of those muscles are in the upper body. When you use those muscles in a way that compromises diphragmatic control, it can lead to air hunger. If you don't feel like breathing is a struggle, then there's nothing wrong with chest breathing. A lot of people breathe in a chest but they're not hypocaphnic or have good respiration.
