The Importance of Lactate Levels in Q Training

The biggest thing with Q training and what i surprised me the most is you don't necessarily know you hit fail. Most people whether they are at 8 or 18 will not necessarily know the difference which is a massive difference but they don't because it's actually at first it's very hard to know the difference between i don't like it and i'm threatened by it. The lactate levels matter so much in there as do other metrics such as body mass index (BMI) that can be taken into account when working out.
