Oatle's Solution to the Information Problem
In 1801, encyclopedia Britannica produced a two volume supplement to the third edition of their encyclopedia. These supplements are common theory but they introduce another problem. Oatle had a proposed fix for the issue and once again, this comes with some familiar aspects and some new ones. Over time, hypertext-like systems tend to adopt the cool technology of the era.
