Geo-Locating in College Dorms

I think it's very likely, and correct me if I'm wrong, that there is some informant that had an axe to grind with this person. And then the fact that they still had the records that allowed them to say where they were on a Friday night making a bet was scary. Ever since the 9-11 and then the Patriot Act,  there hasn't really been a major foreign driven terrorist attack since 9-11. We should be very grateful we haven't.
