Snacking

People who are able to lose weight and keep it off don't really do much snacking. Snacking doesn't really have a big effect on satiety. We remember our meals, we don't remember our snacks. I would eat the exact same size dinner if I had those chips and snack or not. It's one of the big reasons people say, well, I'm not eating that much. And you actually ate more a lot more than you thought you did because it wasn't an actual meal.
