Michael Wolraich: Jeremy Hunt is a good performer. He's calm, he's confident and after the turmoil of the last few years of conservative governments, they did look like somebody who was a grown up in charge. The underlying figures that the Office of Budget Responsibility produced yesterday are terrible. We've got vast numbers who can't earn enough to get out of the benefit system. And as we know, public sector workers have experienced the huge reduction in their real incomes. So the underlying economic position isn't good at all.
