How to Be a Successful Musical Director

Huey: I can't get fired from this off Broadway show because I own one third of the company. This is not just a debut. This is a redemption. And I'm happy to say we are selling way better than that musical. But my main job is just going to be there's four additional singers. We've written parts for them to sing and then working with them to sing it. The next day, the director called me and he was like, we're letting you go. So I'm glad, but that's rough.
